I haven't posted for a while. I wonder a lot about meanings of posting. What I am sure is that I'm not sure companies which wanna make money for money are not compatible with inner arts like yoga. Some wants to control you even outside their company, the way you dress, what you do and so on... Is it fair to give possibilities to a head of a company to exploit more easily workers in buying yoga lessons while he wants you to be like his employees. If his employees need yoga lessons inside the company, isn't it because of the way they are treated ? So why does he ask a yoga teacher to be like his employees instead of someone who makes them to escape their job for a tiny while ? It means that he only wants more productivity, more control over people, that he doesn't know what yoga is and that he doesn't respect either his employees and their work or the teacher he claims wanting. Do we really help people in that case or should we simply refuse to do classes for that guy and ask people to come to OUR yoga classes ?
I said that because of what happened in a bank where yoga teachers are supposed to do yoga with a tie... .

This morning Was a bit challenging for me... We had A Family meeting, not so easy because we weren't alone : some strangers tested us... I had to breath, focus on the meeting's purpose ... And now i know that my inside's warrior Was holding me 💗 , #gratitude !! 🙏🏻💗

It’s important to schedule a few minutes of your day to stretch. This can be a structured yoga or stretch class, or simply doing a few minutes on your own. Here are some of our favorite stretches at #TheRanchMalibu :

Note that it's not really for beginners. However there are more tutorials below that are beginner-friendly!
If you have been practising for a while and are looking for ways to stretch your hips and shoulders, try these! Added Compass and Infinity Poses because they just happened after I did my own stretching sequence. My body felt so open and warm and the surprise peak poses were sudden inspiration and I just went with the flow :)
