I DON'T HAVE TIME!!!!!! 🕰🕰🕰 I used to think I didn't have time to work out!
I am a busy woman! > I work full time > I have an active child > I have a home to maintain > I want to have a social life > I need to cook dinner and take care of my family
these were ALL excuses I had to NOT workout. Until I got a SLAP of reality and realized - I DID have time, I just had to MAKE TIME FOR ME!
Reality, Beachbody has over 12....TWELVE workout programs that are 30 minutes or less!
30 MINUTES OR LESS!
That fave TV show I loved watching got swapped out for a workout. Or I made a crockpot dinner instead of cooking dinner to save time and squeeze in a workout. Maybe I would save laundry for the weekend when I had more time.
I just had to step back and prioritize my time better! Did it take time?! YES. Did it take adjustment from my family? YES. Is life still happening? YES. PLUS I get ME time, which instead of my fave show, is working out!
Do you have 30 minutes or less to workout a day?! maybe if you stepped back like I did - you could find YOUR time.
Stop making excuses and start seeing results!
Ps - yeah this workout was a little longer than 30 minutes. The majority of PiYo Workouts are 30 minutes or less though !
