For those of you that can't make it in today, we have a quick and easy workout that you can do from anywhere! For this week's #ThursdayTrainingTips , we are going to focus on activating those leg muscles! Demonstrated by @d1coach_tanner, the workout is as follows... * Sumo Walk (10 yards & back) * Squat Jump & Tuck * Lunges (Each) * Calf Raises/ Walk (walk on toes for 10 yards, 20 raises every 5 yards & repeat going back)
Do 4 sets of 10 for each! Now get after it!

Goodmorning, my two exercises while getting my dishes done..Haven't done alot of hypertrophy work more high intensity, fullbody workouts. Being able to still do a lateral press with 20lbs yah!

Wash 5 dishes. This was round 6..somedays it's about my sweat and releasing stress getting house done. Make it possible anyway you can..doesn't have to be a long crazy workout. This workout was done @9pm. This was perfect. #noexcuses

No human is born with balance, we only can LEARN balance, as responsibilities in our lives grow.
Many of us have come from a place where we treated our bodies less than ideal over time, adopting bad habits and failing to take care of ourselves....just by not knowing our worth. 👑
We all deal with trials....and yours may not look exactly like mine. Or, maybe something in my story resonates with you because it similarly mirrors your own, in ways.
FitGirls are not perfect. Change and balance are ongoing projects in everyone's lives.
