#RamadanwithNour : #Day29 Thank you for tagging along this long, but blissful journey. I have learned so much through this month and hope that you have as well iA. Somethings I've learned about my physical journey this Ramadan is to really LISTEN 👂 to my body. A few things I will change up in the next Ramadan is possibly cutting out cardio completely as I've learned that it can cause more harm to our bodies since we are in an already depleted state (this is if you're working out while fasting). Now that the #RamadanwithNour is over, I have a few ideas for the next few months- but, wanted to take your suggestions! Please DM me on what you'd like to see next! ❤️ Love you all 💕🙏🏼

So today was supposed to be weights rest day... but surprise! I didn't do weights yesterday... so had to make it up. Felt really good about this one. I didn't have to go down in weights even though I haven't done shoulders in over a month. 💁🏼💁🏼💁🏼
Landmine exercises give you some of the best workouts in my opinion! You can do so much with it especially if the machine or equipment you wanted to use is taken! I used it here to perform deadlifts just to change my routine up.
The face I make when someone tells me that they can leg press 1000lbs. Ok. Who cares? Are you performing a full rep or part of the 3 inch squad? Like the squat, leg press is a movement that give the best bang for the buck with a full contraction and press. It's not about the weight, it's about the form. I was happy to get to leg press this morning at the gym I visited. I lift in my garage, so I rarely get the chance to do these. 500 5x5...
•Comfort zone= Dead zone.
Range of motion isn't amazing on hip thrusts as it was my last set and was feeling burn't out, but I pushed myself to do more than I thought I possibly could, breaking past mental limitations. Overall had a good session.
Don't be afraid to try or fail.
