Did a lot of random workouts today to keep my heart rate up, I've been pretty exhausted lately but I'm trying to push through it. Walking lunges are awesome for engaging your entire lower body, add DBs for added resistance. Another one of my favs is band walks, make sure your stepping into a wider stance, it engages the side of your glutes more!! 🍑
I did 30 walking lunges, 50 band walks, 30 walking lunges (stepping out & to the side) and repeated it three times!
