What I have learned ?
"Weight training is the best tool to lose fats " yes it is. ...there is a myth that extreme cardio will help you to lose fats yes it will but also "you would lose your muscles too."....it will also cause lose skin and in my opinion it looks ugly. Not that aesthetic appealing !
Then how weight training ?-
To get shredded brah and to lose fats you need improve your BMR (BASAL METABOLIC RATE) to achieve that you need to develop muscles ..more muscles more BMR and more BMR your body will keep losing fat while sleeping also 😉 and that can only possible by weight training (1rep max) proper nutrition , Rest and recovery.

I love love love going to the gym but the past few days I've felt like I haven't been excelling in my workouts 😞 I love nothing more than hitting new PBs but I was struggling to hit weights I've smashed before!! Sometimes you've got to listen to your body (and mine was screaming today 😷) and take a break! I've spent pretty much all day watching workout videos to try and work more muscle groups as well as getting the right technique! So even though I'm not at the gym, my head is never too far away 😂 plus that doesn't mean I've been a couch potato all day 🚫 I've enjoyed being out for a good walk along the beach, took the dog out and I've booked in for a massage tonight! 😍😍 so excited about the massage, HOPEFULLY it loosens me up and I feel great after ☮😂 so back to the gym tomorrow with a new lease of energy and ready to go hard!! 👊 #restday#neededthat#soreeverywhere#busted#fitlife#fitfam#musclerecovery#gymtomorrow#readyforanewday#needtorecover#exercise#fitness#weightloss#weightlossjourney#weighttraining#listentoyourbody#dontoverdoit
