Some people just exude positive energy and incite joy. Gaylin Laughlin is definitely one of those people. It's hard to believe it's been over 4 years since she first captured our hearts upon joining ZUM; however, if anyone can prove that time flies when you're having fun, it's Gaylin!
When she first joined, she'd recently made significant changes in her life (she'd lost 100 pounds!) and was working with her trainer Chris Zilliax toward toward an incredibly inspiring goal - climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro! Her goals may have changed over the years, but Gaylin continues to inspire us! No one works harder or smiles brighter. We hope you enjoy learning more about Gaylin and her journey here at ZUM: link in profile.

My first YouTube video is coming! Yo it's a lot harder than it may seem for real! It's definitely not like posting little clips here on IG. it's way more complex than filming and posting the content. You have to record everything so angles are important, lighting, sound, etc. I'm vlogging so making sure I get my point across, but not rambling is hard as well as trying to bring some humor to things I do, but not being too awkward is pretty complicated also! Then there's the editing... yeah, idk what's more stressful lol I'm getting the hang of it though, but it's the most time consuming out of everything I feel like. Not complaining! All of this effort is worth it because this channel is for all of you and I want it to be consistent and efficient, but fun and entertaining! Once I really get going, I'm going to take off! It's like writing and english paper, the hardest part is getting started! Anyways, I will notify everyone with a post when my first video is published! Have a blessed day fit fam!

Just rocked a killer legs session from body beast. I was hesitant to give this workout a try because I've worked really hard to get my squats up to 200lbs. I decided that I'm just going to give it an honest try. Well it was amazing!! I haven't sweat that much in so long, and it felt so good to work that hard. By my 4th round of weighted summo squats at 135lbs still felt like 200lbs but I had better form and was able to maintain parallel squating!!! 🤗🤗 I've alway been resistant to change once in I'm my comfort zone. Yet, every time I try something new good changes always come from it. Keep and open mind and heart, and always try new things, who knows what can happen!! I'm going to be so sore the next feel days but I'm also going to see progress!!!
