For that artichoke craving👉🏻In a big pot plop a steamer in and fill with water slightly above the steamer. Boil water. Rest trimmed artichokes on steamer. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Summer for 45 mins. Remove and pat dry. (Can store in fridge until ready to use.) In an cast iron skillet pour some fruity olive oil and press a few fresh garlic cloves into the oil. Slice artichokes in half with a sharp knife. Then add to pan on medium high heat til brown on the flat side. Remove from heat and serve with slices of baby Yukon golds, lemon basil microgreens, lemon slices and lemon garlic aioli made with activated sunflower seeds (dairy-free and egg-free).

My linguine with cockles, a smaller variety of clams, is so satisfying! It has just the right amount of heat from hot red pepper and the delicate seafood taste of clams. ....I had a craving for a burger....🍔...so, I made one! Okay, so I actually made 4 but only ate one. 😂 My attempt at a Greek burger - 85/15 grass-fed, organic beef 🐂 (👈 is that inappropriate? sorry.), seasoned with oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook bacon and red onion slices in a cast-iron skillet first (unless you're grilling, then do it all at the same time! 😎) Then, cook burgers in bacon fat and toast the @foodforlifebaking gluten free english muffin. Top muffin with mixed greens, one burger, some feta 🧀, bacon, and onions and the other half of the muffin. Squiiissssshhhh!! And enjoy! 👅👍 NOM!
