Truthfully I've never had an ass in my life 😂 still getting used to having a little something back there. For most of my younger years I was a distance runner and was very quad dominant in my legs. I get frustrated when people say they just run which means they don't need to train legs. You aren't hitting all your leg and glute muscles by just running, and ultimately you'll end up with muscle imbalances. Whatever form of cardio you enjoy doing can only stand to improve by strengthening ALL your muscles and joints. Plus strong muscles look pretty good too 😏🍑
Scones are one of the foods I love the most. I've been working on creating my favourite gluten free, vegan scone recipe and I have! This recipe will be available next week along with other rad cakes in a little gluten free vegan baking eBook🙌

Day 3 of my "cleanse" & going strong! Had these zoodles for dinner (thanks to @jakedylan101 for the mandolin) with cherry tomatoes, garlic, spinach, and topped with cilantro 😋 Then followed by about 900 grapes afterward🤷🏼♀️😛
Was feeling a liiiiitle "bloated" because I went crazy on food for Passover and easter and also all the days in between (thanks to my Bubby's abundant homemade vegan desserts). So I decided it was time to just clear out my system. A cleanse can be anything you damn well choose. And for me, it's turning out to be just a green smoothie once a day with some healthy, mostly raw food, for the rest of the meals. But, do u, y'all!!
