Carbs 😍🍝 na gut, auch Protein und Fett, aber egal wie gut die Sauce ist, die Nudeln sind das Highlight 😜 obwohl die Mexiko Bolognese kann auch echt was! Obendrauf dann noch Hanfsamen und nachm Foto logischerweise nen ganzen Berg Hefeflocken, von denen kann man halt nie genug haben 😉 und wisst ihr was? Mein liebster Mr Herzfood (der eh schon die doppelte Portion bekommen hat) sagte beim Anblick der Schüssel "Boa voll schade, dass Nudeln immer so wenig sind, ne?" und - da er wirklich iiiiimmer so schlingt (was meint ihr wie oft ich schon gute Ratschläge parat hatte 😇) habe ich ihn gebeten nur heute mal jeden Bissen mindestens 20x zu kauen. Nur diese eine Mahlzeit, einfach eiiiinmal ausprobieren, wenns blöd ist nie wieder. Und die Moral von der Geschicht? Nach der halben Schüssel guckt er mich ganz erstaunt an und sagt "ich bin langsam satt 😳" Freunde, schon EIN MAL etwas ausprobieren, nur dieses eine Mal, kann so eine Wirkung haben, dass ihr es ganz bestimmt wieder tun werdet 🙏🙌 gut/richtig kauen ist so wichtig: für dir Verdauung, die Nährstoffaufnahme, die Achtsamkeit, das bewusste Essen, die Geschmackssinne, sogar zur Vorbeugung von Krankheiten und zum Beispiel auch um das eigene Sättigungsgefühl wieder kennen zu lernen ❤️

Ok gorgeous ones here's another #watermelon recipe! Make sure you're using all organic ingredients! I love watermelon because it tastes sweet but it actually has a very low sugar factor. It's an excellent diuretic for those that sometimes struggle with water weight like me lol! This yummy #watermeloncarpaccio is a light and refreshing starter to a lovely coursed meal! Catch the swerve cuz all my male friends be like that's no enough food it's pretty but imma still be hungry and I be like duh that's the point its called an amuse bouche which opens your palate for the following six courses! Just saying! Like I said catch this curve! 😘
Watermelon Carpaccio 🍉
Serve 4-6
1  baby watermelon (about 4 pounds)
2 scallions (green parts only)
Pickled cucumber 🥒 
Pink sea salt and pink pepper
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
DIRECTIONS
Remove rind of watermelon. Slice half the watermelon 1/4 inch thick; reserve remaining melon for another use. Transfer to a large platter. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Slice scallions (green parts only) on a very sharp bias. Sprinkle watermelon with sea salt and pepper. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons olive oil; top with pickled cucumbers and scallions.

Cooking with leftover veggies is one of my favorite things to do. It sparks one's creativity. Here's some inspiration for a vegan Vata (Ayurveda) meal. Remember that it's important for a Vata type to use sweet, sour and salty (be mild) flavors. 
Here you find puff pastry covered with a sauce of mashed grilled sweet potato and garlic, sprinkled with a layer of caramelized red onions in balsamico, topped with caramelized brussel sprouts. On the side you find glazed belgian endives (I used a bit of cane sugar, balsamico and lemon juice) and grilled portobello with crunchy garlic "chips". Be careful with the garlic though. Vata types tend to sleep less well when eating (too much) garlic. Hope this inspires you. 🙏

Serves 4-6

4 heaping cups cubed organic watermelon
1 organic English cucumber, diced, reserve half
3 organic medium tomatoes, diced, reserve half
1 organic small red bell pepper, diced, reserve half
⅓ cup chopped organic green onions, diced, reserve half
1 organic garlic clove
small handful organic basil
3 to 4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, plus more for drizzling
1 to 2 teaspoons pink sea salt, or to taste
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
½ jalapeño pepper, optional\
diced avocado, optional
micro greens, optional for garnish
Instructions
Set aside the reserved half of the chopped cucumber, tomatoes, red pepper and green onions and place the remaining half in a blender. Add the watermelon, garlic, basil, vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper and jalapeño pepper, if using. Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust seasonings.
Pour into a large bowl (or small individual jars, as pictured) and stir in the reserved chopped vegetables.
Chill for 3 to 4 hours or overnight. Serve with drizzled olive oil.
Optional: garnish with diced avocado and/or micro greens before serving.

De chiquitita me encanta la betarraga 😳 siempre comía como ensalada, y ahora siendo cocinera he descubierto nuevas y ricas formas de cocinarla, además me encanta el color que le da a las preparaciones 💕
👩‍🍳este pesto es facilísimo! Puse a asar dos betarragas peladas y dos dientes de ajo, ambos envueltos en papel aluminio (horno a 200), luego cuando están cocidas (unos 45 minutos aprox.) van a la juguera, agregué sal de mar, pimienta, un puñado de nueces, aceite de oliva y eso es todo!!! 😍 al mezclarlo con la pasta queda muy bueno, se puede hacer una ensalada de pasta también mezclando con más verduras. 
Con preparaciones tan simples como esta se puede sorprender y hacer platos distintos que lucen muy bien 😻 ya que también comemos con los ojos! 🌈👀 Saludos a todos!!! Gracias por seguirme y que tengan un lindo martes 🙌

Unser Abendessen von gestern 🙌 über 1kg Spargel pro Person mit Brennessel Bärlauch Bechamel 💚 das war sooo gut! Und ja wohl mal der absolute saisonale Hit! Und wisst ihr was? Wenn man 1kg Spargel isst, liefert das einfach mal 17g Protein 😂💪 Kohlenhydrate gab's ausnahmsweise mal nicht dazu, wir wollten einfach mal den absolut puren Spargelgeschmack genießen 😍 das Rezept schreibe ich auf jeden Fall noch für euch auf! Wie bereitet ihr Spargel am liebsten zu? Und seid ihr Team weiß oder grün? Ich tendiere zu grün, aber ab und an muss auch mal weißer sein! Den Grünen brate ich meistens, den Weißen mache ich am liebsten im Ofen, einfach mit Zitronensaft, Ahornsirup, Butteröl, Salz und Zitronenpfeffer übergießen oder einreiben, in Alufolie (oder ne Alternative) packen und backen 👌heute Abend brauche ich aber dringend wieder ne Portion Carbs 😜 Pasta steht aufm Plan! 🍝💕

So, Ive noticed that if I stop posting for a while, I lose followers. Wanted to let the gram know, I probably wont be posting every day. Coconut Butter 🌺

In a blender: 1 part coconut shreds, 2 parts HOT water. SECURE lid, and blend for a good while until bubbly and fragrant. Set up a cheesecloth (clean, old kitchen rag or t shirt) into a bowl big enough for all the coconut milk you will be straining. Pour blender mix into cheescloth, and squeeze dry (If it is too hot, let it sit in the blender for a bit until cooled, after mixing. Then blend again right before straining). Strain. You should have a good amount of pulp, or reusable coconut shreds (I freeze them and put them in and on top of things) leftover in the cheesecloth. The milk will be in your bowl!

Transfer the milk from the bowl to a jar, or a couple jars (this is easier with one jar), with a funnel or a soup ladle. Place the jar(s) in the fridge overnight, or long enough for the fat to harden and separate, floating to the top. This will be your 'butter'. It is literally a layer of rock hard, solid, 'butter', sitting on top of the rest of the coconut milk (which didn't harden). I usually take a knife and stab the butter into two slits in the shape of an x. You can strain the liquid back out through the x (leaving the remaining solids). If your x breaks the butter into a million peices, just strain the liquid back out by blocking the mouth with something, like straining a can of beans. So there you have it!
