Oh Melbourne! While I can't feel my extremities and I have some sever head lights happening 24/7 (you know what I'm saying ladies... 😂) I can't wipe the smile off my face. It's not as easy as it looks to create recipes that are 100% plantbased at times when they're more complex. It takes some 🌟creative genius 💫to bind, raise, thicken & do a lot more with recipes that traditionally have been made using animal products. However the good news is once you know the amazing plant ingredients you can use it's wonderfully easy! So a huge shout out to all vegan cooks & chefs out there! .
😍The best things about vegan food is it tastes amazing, is totally cruelty free, it respects all life forms as equal, it's great for your body & great for the planet. Energy passes from one to the next as food nurtures our bodies. When we eat plants we are taking in positive energy unlike animals that suffer immensely. All it takes is for us to be connected & aware of all energy of all life forms. Once you go vegan you begin to appreciate that we are all ONE in this universal life. This includes the plants 🌱 that mother nature intended for us to enjoy. 💖💖💖

You taught me that it's okay that I push myself too hard trying to be the greatest mother I can be. Especially when I didn't really know what that meant. I'm learning as I grow. But you've also taught me that I need to take a break from that imaginary world. The fact that I can grow and birth such a beautiful ball of ancient glory is the greatest act of love I could ever perform.
