Blue skies has not been seen in #Seoul lately. Last week the city was blanketed with toxic haze with air pollution at one point reaching the second worst in the world. Stay safe #Airinum | Photo: @chenjunyan92
I came across lovely @annelimjoen post earlier, in which she talks about the instinct of fear or being scared. That got me thinking a while. What is it exactly & what does it mean. It seems to me its very present in the world of today. It's also a very individual thing: fear or being afraid. For me it's standing on my head & breaking my neck! (And falling on my back). The presence of which keeps you awake, alert, on my toes, figuratively speaking. It shows you, you believe in your own strength. It challenges you to overcome difficulties. It gives you the self confidence that you can manage, regardless of others' opinions. It's not about what happens to you - but how you deal with it. Life is unpredictable. Use your instincts! Fear is one of them. Don't let it take control! It shows us that we are alive! Trust yourself! Don't let it take control! -
Check out her post too!
What do you think? -
