While filming this video I needed to unplug my @daylightcompany lamp so I could plug in my curling iron ( I need to buy a extension cord ). And I didn't realize what a huge difference my lamp made .... if you pay attention closely you'll Notice my light goes from white and crisp to yellow and dark then back to white again. It was a mistake I was going to re film but then I thought.... this is a perfect way to show how important lighting is when filming videos !!!!! We all make mistakes , and filming tutorials isn't easy, so much effort , time & patience goes into these videos and showing my mistakes I feel might just help someone else |❤️ Hair accessorie - @mykitsch

Twists are amazing to wring everything out & child's pose variations are my favourite. Take it super slow & go with how your body feels. Back bends open everything up, but only go as far back as you can without any pain, everyone is different.
I find that lying on my side in the 'foetal position' is the most comfortable when sleeping with bloating or period pains. I always have a pillow in between my legs to cuddle too!
I was up at 2am (mumma king yoga queen would've been so proud!) the other morning bent over in agony with a seeeerioys bloat & I did this in my living room in darkness, after 10 minutes I felt so much better & managed to sleep the rest of the night.
Tag someone who suffers from any of the above & remember to take time out for yourself (my pineapple towel comes everywhere with me when I'm travelling for these kinda times🍍

This video is just tips for drawing more dynamic fists. You can draw in whatever style you want but these are some important things that I find very helpful for making a fist look more dynamic
Step 1👉 A common mistake when drawing a fist is to have all the knuckles line up in a straight line. When a fist is made, the knucked form a curve.
Step 2👉 When drawing dynamic fists, it is better to have the fingers rolling around the thumb. The index finger comes out the most and the other fingers go around it in a curve. A commin mistake would be to draw all the fingers straight up and down
Step 3👉 The finger are not the same length but the index finger is pointed farther out so more of the first joint will be showing. Then the fingers gradually get shorter
