Made a smoothie after bootcamp. Swipe to see what I used. Workout was 400 jump ropes, 20 squats overhead press, 30 deadlifts full burpee, 30 split lunge jumps, 20 wall balls, 20 rock climbers push ups, 400 jump ropes, 100 flutter kicks, 100 ranger crunch, 100 hip thrusters, 10 sprints 👍.

When you show up everyday and do work you expect results. I expect to get better everyday I park my old pickup in the parking lot, throw on the same music I've been listening to for who knows how long, wearing some old City league softball cutoff, and often being one of the few people here.
Results don't come to you because of what you have.... The come because of what you give. I'm not a pretty boy do my hair before the gym, or wear the newest coolest gym wear out, dont have cool headphones, I don't wear a different pair of shoes everyday to the gym, or supped up to my ears. There's nothing wrong with those things but there was a time when lifting wasn't cool and no one has nice stuff. It didn't matter because it was about your effort.
That being said I'm looking for some support as I have been for the last few years hoping to motivate people who are just getting started or gym rats.
