The bread could not be a better choice topped with Sobrassada (a type of ground spicy cured pork sausage) and foie gras (aka fat duck liver)! It's brilliant on the fact that the bread was left un-toasted because otherwise it would had ruined the delicacy of the toppings (and your bite).
For cheese we got 3 different cuts, which are mahon, chèvre noir, and san simon da costa. The 2nd one was my favourite cause I like goat cheese 😁 but they all tasted so well with our drinks and laughters.

Unchill-filtered and naturally coloured at a strength of 45.6%, this unpeated Islay single malt was aged in ex-bourbon and ex-oloroso sherry casks. A salty nose of honeyed nuts, toffee, and leather-oak leads to a palate of mellow sherry, oak, creamy cocoa, baking spice and dark fruit with an oily mouthfeel. A lingering finish carries warming sweet spices and a slight salinity. Limited to 1 serve per person - sharing is caring! 💗
