What do you love most about the weekend? I love connecting with friends to do yoga, hikes or walks. I was talking to a client the other day that hates to exercise alone. She told me that she loves it when she walks with friends. I suggested that she get out your calendar and text friends to schedule an exercise date with them. She also sits all day... even if you sit all day for your job or you are in the car all day for work, get out or stand up and walk around every hour of you can. Our goal should be to get 10,000 steps a day... more if you are like me and more active. My goal is 17,000 steps. Are there days where I'm getting 2500😳Yep, I have those days sometimes when something unexpected came up or I have back to back hour long appointments in my office. That's when I will do a class from YouTube on my Apple TV when I get home. It's so important to move our bodies everyday... my motto is use it or lose it! Be good to your body and your body will be good to you.
