Climbing these 740 steps is the main reason why everyone should visit Guatape. We don't know what is more breathtaking - the view from little terraces on the way or the 360 panorama on top of the tower. Locals have been debating for years whether the Rock (a natural formation btw) belongs to El Peñol or Guatape, and we understand them 🙈
