Surround yourself with inspiring people! Yesterday I got the chance to meet @thevanillagorilla92 and @great_white_north_juggernaut in OKC as they did a squat off! These gentlemen both climbed to a 915lb RAW squat and after, Kelly squattes 6 sets of 5 with 700lbs! The athleticism and energy between these two athletes was unreal. It was an absolute pleasure to be there!

There are times that I doubt myself. More often than not, I find a way out of that doubt and slap myself in the face with a big ol "wake up tiff!" It's easy to follow a plan when it's given to you. I don't ask questions, I just do. Being without a coach directly following a restrictive prep is scary. In order to be great in the bodybuilding world, I believe it's more than important to be self reliant and self accountable. That's what makes this sport truly a lifestyle; when you can do it without anyone watching. I have 3 months to keep myself at maintenance, gain strength, and keep the bf% down. If I can make it through this reverse diet by myself, stay controlled amd focused, my upcoming prep will be #cake . The key is to do it for yourself, so you can achieve full control of your body and mind. When the time comes to start prep, I want to look at my physique at that time and say, "I fueled myself and I made this with the help of my own knowledge and mental toughness" ☝️🏋Anyone who is familiar with the #bodybuilding lifestyle knows how the #reversediet is harder than the prep itself.
