Can't wait to go to the gym again💖Maandag pas, maar dan wel lekker legdaaay😍
Kijken jullie mijn 2e Q&A nog even?😏Link in bio😊Fijne zaterdag!
Accessorising on point ✌😂 In a better mood today, after a couple of days of feeling exceptionally sorry for myself. It is what it is, even if I do need an op and my legs will yet again waste away to nothing, I can at least concentrate on my bench 😂 stacked upper body and chicken legs here I come! 😁 #forcingpositivity#stupidknee
Here's a #basic#beach#selfie 💅🏼🌴👙 to conclude a great vacation! (Because I fired my personal photographer/Instagram husband but also he aggressively resigned, whoopsie!) See you tonight, Vancouver! 🌧🌧🌧🌧🌧
Day 322/365: During our @mtl_monkeys session we decided to check how much I could handle on this core exercise - 35lbs - i couldn't handle 50 😂 . Have you tried and know how much is your limit? Merci @jenniferrochon_jro . Always together 🙏🏻😍 Durante nossa sessão para o @mtl_monkeys decidimos ver quanto eu poderia aguentar nesse exercicio de core. 35 libras - 15 kilos e nao aguentei as 50 libras - 22kilos. Ja tentou para ver o seu limite? Proxima vez vou fazer as reps por curiosidade.
Sure ain't it a beautiful day 🌞 -
Something I get asked a lot is how do I keep myself motivated to go to the gym and eat right day in, day out. Firstly I wouldn't really call it motivation, it's more a case of discipline and habit. I don't wake up motivated to run to a gym every day. But I use discipline to create a routine to stick to. It's hard at the start but once you make yourself stick to a routine for a while it becomes habit and it's not that hard to exercise and way right once it's habitual. Motivation will only take you so far, discipline is what creates solid daily habits. -
As well as that you have to somewhat enjoy what your doing, can't force yourself to do a sport you hate and eat foods you hate on a daily basis. Find something you enjoy for the most part (powerlifting for me). -
Another thing that helps is setting goals for yourself to work towards. Or else you may feel aimless and can easily justify not going to the gym. Powerlifting meets, bodybuilding shows, a strength goal, an aesthetic goal, a holiday.....anything will do but just have something to work towards :) -
Lastly having people to be accountable to can help; friends, a training partner, a coach, a team etc. You might not want to let them down and it can make you stick to your plan and work harder. -
That's just a few things that can help you stick to a consistent plan and enjoy it 🙂
Morning caramel lattes will always make life better 🙏🏻 I feel really lonely on here as I have lost all my followers and friends; I'll try hard to add you all again! I'm off to a spa today for two treatments and I'm so worried about getting my body out in a bikini 🙈I think I'll just hide in my robe until I need to take it off in the room - but I am going to treat myself to a back massage and a facial 👌🏻🙂 followed by a night in at my friends with cocktail making and nibbles. Going to do my best to remain positive despite the terrible body image that constantly is looming over me 👊🏻I figure it's not going to go away any time soon, so instead of caving in and restricting I'm just going to try and push past the nasty thoughts and remember I am worthy and better than anorexia - and so are you ALL!
How do you like your salade? Well, I like it colorfull 🌻|
Two bowls, each containing just 40 grams of oats but one has significantly more volume. Food volume is one of the MOST important factors to take into consideration while trying to achieve effortless fat loss/weight loss. I won't ramble too much about it because it's decently foolproof - the more food in your stomach, the fuller you feel. The trick is finding foods that can be eaten in high volumes for little calories.🥒
Here is a brilliant example of how you can do that. I've added half a grated courgette to oats in order to bump up the volume of food I can eat for basically the same amount of calories. Yep, I completely agree with you, it sounds DISGUSTING. It's not. You can't taste the courgette at all. It just tastes like a massive big bowl of oats, game changer. 🙋🏼#areyoubowledover
The perks of being small chested: never worrying 'bout yo tits falling out in these pictures because you ain't got none 🙃🍒
Don't let the snuggly jumper fool you; I DID my Insanity training this morning and I did it fasted too, just to gauge what works best for me. And honestly? Fuelled with a black coffee and some BCAAS I actually survived and live to...insane another day ☕ Pretty sure I've pulled a muscle in one side of my groin, around the Jesus lines (Commonly known as 'V lines' but I'm a good Catholic girlPAHAHAHAHAHA good joke), so tomorrow I'll rest, and Monday I might too. There's a difference between pushing yourself to test your limits - trying out Insanity while fasting - and punishing yourself - forcing your body to perform despite a pulled muscle because you're terrified you'll lose progress. I used to punish myself all the time, and sometimes I am still guilty of overworking because I'm scared of being inadequate if I don't. These days I'm learning more and more to trust my body, use what works for me and to not feel terrible if I can't do what someone else can. This cut isn't just about 'seeing abs' or getting leaner (although hey abs if you wanna pop out just a bit that would be top), I'm also using this time to work on my functional strength, my stamina and my agility. Weight training will always be my favourite, but getting better in my weak areas is just as rewarding. Don't punish - push yo'self, love yo'self ❤
Tree Pose & lift yo' toes 👣 That'll test yer balance 👌🏼
After seeing yesterday's #LookForLove Challenge winners, I went to bed so happy for those babes & with an extra bit of inspiration 😻 It's always so inspiring to see girls you know kick 🍑 and KEEP ON kicking 🍑 even after the challenge. I'm inspired DAILY by these babes and all of YOU who pop up in my feed proving that determination, commitment, & self love are what strength really is 💪🏼

Keep kicking 🍑 and remember, it's not about winning or losing but how you play the game. And that game has nothin' on a #strongbabe 💪🏼
~ Back post for a proper good morning (!)🙈🔙 (Hope it has been a lil bit helpful 🤔) but weekend is not weekend without your favorite @oreo CHOCO COOKIES as #breakfast 😍🍪 As usual pretty busy living but it would mean much a feedback about the last post 🙊 #foodlove#foodblog#cookiemonster#chocolateheaven ❤️
It's the weekend sunshines ✌🏼 do you wake up everyday & think about what you can do to get closer to your goals? Do you often wonder if the goals you are working towards are really, truly YOUR goals? There's something out there called an 'empty goal'. What's an empty goal? It's when you set a goal you don't care about or a goal that you aren't passionate about. A goal that you set based off what other people are doing. Maybe you see a lot of babes cutting or bulking so you think you need to do that too. Truth is, you don't. You need to sit in front of the mirror, look at yourself & figure out what you want to do for YOU! It's your journey. It's your destination. Don't choose your course based off someone else's goals. Find your fit. Find your fire 🔥 #goaldigger#goalgetter#findingfit#goals
Working on a weekend makes me feel all blue, so I have taken a little time out of my morning to look back on where I have come from, not just in terms of weight loss or fitness, but my mentality, behaviour, goals, attitude, outlook and confidence.
Have an amazing weekend beautiful people💜 take a moment to look back on how far you have come😘
