Got my mom to join me at the gym earlier. I always feel accomplished when I get my mom motivated and in the gym because she always talks about how she wants to get back into it. I do my best to motivate and push her, while also not pressuring her or forcing her to go to the gym with me. We all progress at our own pace! -

Delicious raw #brownie bites!
These raw brownie bites are just so easy to make with minimal ingredients. They taste exactly like chocolate truffles but without any nasties!! Perfect for on-the-go healthy snacking 🍫
High in antioxidants ✔️ Full recipe details:
1 cup medjool dates ( pitted)
1 cup roasted almonds ( put raw almonds into oven at 180 degrees Celsius for roughly 8-10 mins)
1/4 cup almond butter
1/2 tbsp pure vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Water as needed ( roughly 3 tbsp)
Place all ingredients into a blender and voila 🍫🤤 Ps: for a firmer ball I suggest you refrigerate them for a minimum of 1h

75 thrusters 58lb, every time you have to set the bar down do 5 burpees

Then this one took 30+mins: blah.
One arm kb thrusters 35lb
Laps of the pool
Today's will be:
30sec tread water (hands out)
30sec goblet squat
30sec poolside push-ups
30sec primal crawl

First thing i thought when i put them on is how the material is soooo soft & thin & comfy 😍, but the material also seems fragile, they already have little imperfections on the material. I need to test them longer, but don't trust that they will be super resistant. Also, maybe they aren't all like these.
