Dare I say this is the best Sarawak Laksa. Even Anthony Bordain loves it from this stall. There are many stalls selling Sarawak laksa, but I think laksa from this stall is the best. The broth is not too chickeny & not too prawny and it has the right amount of spices. My only critics would be, I wish they shred the chicken meat & use baby coriander instead of parsley, cause that was how it was made in the olden days..There are many versions of laksa in South East Asia. I've tasted, Singapore laksa, Penang laksa, Laksam(Kelantan), Johor Laksa & so far I still love this one. I highly recommend this to tourists.
Meena: Hmmm, mushrooms
Me: Ugh, sure. If we get sick we get sick togethet!
15 mins later
Meena:Not sure if those were mushrooms or intestines
Me: Well......I wasn't going to say anything
It's been a while since I last uploaded on BOF! Well, have been pretty caught up with school and Chinese Lunar New Year, thus there might be a little more Chinese goodies coming you way on this platform! This juicy beef burger was from a food truck in Launceston, value for money and great great treat for the tummy!
