Rafa has been speaking to the press ahead of our visit to Cardiff tomorrow. Here's what he had to say:
"I'm confident. I'm happy. I will meet with Mike Ashley soon to discuss everything, including myself."
On the raids: "It is something that happened four or five years ago. I just concentrate on football and do things the normal way."
"I spoke to Lee [Charnley] yesterday evening &a today about pre-season. We just concentrate on football & training."
On Promotion: "Pleased, what we have achieved is important for everyone here. Having the whole city behind us has been great."
Injuries: "Lascelles, Ritchie, Hanley and Anita are not in the squad. They need to rest injuries. We hope to have them for the last one."
"We had to create a new team competing in this division but they did really well. If we win, we will break the away record."

Libraries are the most beguiling places and none more so than The London Library in St James's Square. Founded in 1841, it's unquestionably the UK's leading literary institution. With more than one million books and periodicals in over 50 languages, the collection includes works from the 16th century to the latest publications. I've just spent the morning looking at such wonders as a first edition of Johnson's Dictionary (1755), and marvelling at the 19th steel stacks, which house tomes on subjects as abstruse as human sacrifice and animal magnetism. There's no membership criteria - anyone can join, and I can't think of a better way to spend time than working, reading and exploring in this glorious Georgian building. #mystjames @thelondonlibrary
