It's been 3 years since doctors told me I wouldn't lift heavy anymore due to a back injury that took my football career. Although the weight isn't extremely high, I still put up 320 on deadlifts for a set of 3 and I'm damn proud of that. Never let someone tell you, you can't. One of my clients came in ..and lost this much hair. No, I didn't cut this, this is what fell off from damage. Everytime I combed more and more fell on the floor. Ladies , it's imperative that you show your hair a little bit more tlc. Instead of finding get cute quick styles or investing in someone that doesn't know what they are doing. This is a result of her going to a "neighborhood braider"(as she puts it) for the last 2 years. Her edges are thin almost bald, her hair is shedding profusely, and her nape is balding. Her hair is suffering from serious knotting on the strand. She wasn't comfortable with me placing her hair on social media so I'm just showing you. This is not okay. It's not normal. Playing around today will leave you thinning and bald by tomorrow. Weaves, braids ect are ok..I do them. But taking care of your hair on your head is overall healthy, part of your hygiene and more. Bacteria and ect can grow on your scalp and cause serious health problems. You ladies have got to do better.

I've been getting a bunch of questions about what macros or calories ppl should eat to cut or to bulk and I honestly can't answer that question unless you can tell me your maintenance cal/macros which most ppl don't know.
You can find macro calculators online based on weight height and gender and although it may be somewhat accurate for most, it's never fully tailored to you specifically. The best way to figure it out is to just track your diet for 1 month. Use apps like MyFitnessPal to help you. You don't need to "clean up or watch" your diet during this period. just eat what you normally eat regardless if it's "clean or not" then take the average of calories / macros and you'll have a complete basic nutritional journal for your body. But if you gain or lose weight during this period you'll know if it's too much or too little for you. Knowing your maintenance is a huge benefit for your fitness goals but more importantly to your health. So everyone should take the time to atleast know what's goes in your body on a average daily basis. Who knows it may even save your life one day and prevent diseases like type 2 diabetes, atherosclerosis, and obesity, the top causes of death in the world. From there you can easily figure out how many calories you need to cut or add in the appropriate macros to bulk or cut.
