Defo made me realise my usual upper body sessions are wayyyy too easy especially with the lack of unilateral exercises in my programming.
So after my meet (#4weeksout ) we gonna build up my core strength and fix up those muscular imbalances💪💪💪💪 and eat food. Loads and loads of food☺

After a quick vacation in the Outer Banks, today is the first day of summer vacation, hanging with my best buddy all day! While he naps, I train. Here's benching from this afternoon. Squats in the climbing rack. New post injury recoveryoganza PR of 95 kg (~210 lbs) x 10 for 3 sets.
I don't even think I dared to do 95 kg for volume when I was powerlifting. Not because I couldn't but because it hurts. On one hand I'd like to see how far this linear progression train goes. On the other hand 3 sets of 10 of more than 100 kg really really sucks.
🔶️OFF SEASON UPDATE 🔶️
Going in to competition prep, I knew my stage ready body was not maintainable. I made sure to tell myself over and over again that this is something I would only have for 1 day and to love my body at all stages❤ I knew it would be hard to see more body fat come on day by day since I worked so damn hard to get rid of it in the first place✔I was also hesitant as I knew after prep I wanted to take my nutrition and workouts in to my own hands rather than use a coach during off season🙃Guys... I can honestly say I am LOVING every damn second of this. I'm adjusting my macros, meal plan, and workouts as needed, working my ass off in the gym, learning so much about my body, gaining strength, and still treating myself to goodies here and there🍩🍔🍦I am up about 12 lbs from stage weight right now (The first 4-5 lbs came 2 days after comp from pure water) and gaining slowly while still maintaining leanness🤗 I cannot wait to see where this process takes me and to beat my package the next time I step on stage!👙Until then....WE WERK💪👊
