135lbs(left)➡️155lbs(right)👀. Here is the results of my calorie surplus eating over the winter months. Definitely a loss of ab definition but these months were enjoyable to see my strength increase and my weight increase as well. This is just the beginning.....Might be time to see what I can look like giving a few months of leaning out and throwing in cardio several days a week. Much more to come...😈
It's a great day to have a leg day 😎✌🏻I've been working on improving my form for about a year now, and it's finally showing results! I can now leg press 4 plates of 20kg and I can squat 67,5kg. That's 27,5kg than a year ago!!!
A little late on IG, but I had a great meet last Saturday and honestly, I think my favorite part of that meet (besides the PRs 😉) was having so much of the old @gladiatorstrength crew (honorary members @iron.magnolia and @khiryfit) there to support us, scream at us and celebrate with us. My numbers were a shotty 551 for squat, PR on bench at 402 and PR on deadlift at 617. The videos are on my FB if y'all are interested!
