In terms of car enthusiasts, " built not bought". I constantly beat myself to the ground every time i walk into the gym, just to get up and be a better person. Sculpting a body takes time and can't be rushed. Don't lose motivation so easily. Believe in yourself and trust the process. & bless my barber for finally cleaning me up after 4 months 😉
Reverse Grip Tricep Extension.

182.9kg / 403lbs (20.4kg/45lb bar) for a nice milestone PR on deload week. Austyn planned this for Friday but today was too good so I said screw it.
I grinded 162.5kg @ Centrals so this is +20kg in the 10 ish weeks of training with @austynryan again. If you're looking for a coach, if you're thinking about , I have nothing but good things to say about Austyn.
