Every year for my birthday I throw amazing brunch parties in the city. We spend tons of money on bottles, dancers and just a good night . I have the best memories with some of the best people I know. Instead of throwing a huge bash , I'm doing a fundraiser to give atleast 10 people beautiful smiles . I've laughed and smiled every birthday yet and I'd love to give back all the love and happiness I've received. My goal is $2600 for my 26th birthday!

Do I even jaw Day? 🤔 On a completely random note, it's always better to converse and be around those that are better than you. It gets your ego in check. There will always be someone that's bigger, stronger, faster, more good looking, more intelligent, better at getting women, better at eating pie( you get my point) than you. Accept it and focus on your shit. Hell...even I had my recent episode about caring what others thought and it just prevented me from excelling. Now that I'm staying in my own lane( Zak's lala land), things have taken a better turn. If you have haters, it's because you're doing something right. Ignore and keep progressing 🤙🏼🔥
Thank you for all the love y'all have been giving me! I love helping you guys and so well keep learning and moving forward together! I'll be staying up late editing another youtube video for you guys! Video will be dropping tmro around 4pm est. be sure to check the link in my bio! 🤖⚡️
Leg day with @fredy_spiff
Weight 153 lbs squatting 315 lbs🙃
As you can see I'm not going all the way down because I'm not really use to squat that much but my goal is to get stronger day by day. 3 WEEKS OUT!
LIVING IN THE MOMENT - learning from past experiences 😊
Live in the moment not in the future.
Yes my last comp prep experience was quite horrible, the thoughts constantly on my mind were as such:
"I'll be so much happier when I get to eat food again and go back to my normal routine after this comp"
"My life will be so stress free and I'll be happy after I finish year 12"
Thinking in this way really took a toll on me and made the journey so much harder! This time round I've learnt to just enjoy life, because you will never ever find happiness if you are just constantly looking into the future and telling yourself you'll be stress free/ happy then. Find enjoyment in everything you do, even through the tough times 😎💞👍🏻
