BBQ-ed 3-4 minutes per side!! Dinner is served!!!

Which means the number on the scale has actually gone up! But I don't care!
I used to want to get under 200lbs so badly! I would try any OTC diet pill, new fad diet, whatever to see if I could get there!
But now...I don't care! I know I'm doing the right things to be healthy, fit, and strong, and that's all that matters!
I'm a tall, muscular, curvy woman! I currently am in the 250's! I don't know if I have 50+ pounds of fat to lose! Whether I end up at 180 or 210 it doesn't matter! As long as I'm healthy, fit, and strong! 💪🏻❤️
Favorite weekend breakfast! 🥞🍓 I made a Kodak cakes power cake (14g protein) and topped with thawed frozen fruit! The juice from the fruit acts like syrup...but way healthier!

This is crazy to me!!! These pictures are only 2 weeks apart!
I notice a flatter tummy, more defined neck, and more muscle tone in my shoulders!
And guess what! I'm not following a crazy low calorie or low carb diet!
I've been eating around 2100 calories a day, and eating 4 servings of carbs per day!
Still drinking 🍷 on the weekend, and I even had 🍕last weekend!
It's all about moderation, eating real, unprocessed foods, and moving your body!
