How gorgeous are these wooden baths? 😍 Even better when it's full of cruelty free products 🙏🏽🛁 You'd be surprised at the amount of salons & spas that use vegan products, I always like to check online first & don't ever feel silly about taking your own - I've done it! 💁🏼 #veganbeauty
Update for those who've asked?
Well: I have not read a book THIS underwhelming in many, many years. 🔺
I give it a 0.5 out of 10. 🏃 If you spend your money on this, don't blame me. 🔺
It was quite bad, sorry to say: sloppy arguments, sloppy thinking, recycled thoughts from other people without due credit, sloppy history, a complete absence of any true depth, soul or serious life experience (though the entire time the author speaks as if he's giving you life advice), literally nothing new, and the audience seems to be...well, who??
Who WAS the intended target for this book? What, 12 year old, arrogant, economically privileged White males? I have no idea. I feel even this is an offense to pre-pubescent White males since I know plenty who are 12 and awesome. So who is this book targeting?
It was utterly underwhelming and unrewarding of a read, it had virtually no real soul or heart at all, and I now give a strong side-eye to anyone who gave this anything beyond a "4." 🔺
I believe people buy the book literally because of its cover. I know I did. But unless "self-awareness" is LITERALLY a brand new concept for you (doubtful, for my audience) this will underwhelm.
This is a temporary post. I don't generally do posts like this. However, since so many wanted to know my review, here it is: 0.5! 😨😨😨😨 #HowSway 🔺🔺🔺🔺🔺🔺🔺🔺🔺🔺🔺🔺🔺🔺
The best feeling I had here was literally tossing this in the recycle bin today. It was my most productive exerience w/ the book. 🔺
You're welcome. ✋

Upholding the past, protecting the future.
Being the champion of our traditional industry means being able to learn from the past and use it to improve the future. As custodians of artisanal skills, we feel our responsibility to use all we know and do all we can to protect the future. Of our industry. Our local area. And our planet.
We exercise a zero waste policy. Practically nothing goes unused, whether it's when we overdye yarn remainders to reuse in another fabric, or collect up oddments to go towards new creations.
We support local suppliers, reducing energy use. We dye our own colours just along the road. Our fabrics ate finished just a few minutes away. We even use a local blacksmith for when our historic looms need parts.
Sustainability has always been our way. We champion natural fibres, select products and processes that minimize the use of any unnatural components, and avoid using anything in our practice that would be harmful to our natural environment.
