The picture on the left was right before I found out we were going to be expecting our little princess. I was in the best shape I've ever been in my life, had a membership at a 24 hour access gym, excellent diet, worked out everyday. I was so happy and proud of myself. Flash forward to a year later on the right, 5 months post partum csection. We go and work out three to four times a week at the local gym hitting my heaviest lifts, eating a pretty good diet (not the best, not the worst). And now I look at my body and I can't seem to love it. I love what it does for me like blessing me with our little angel and lifting heavy af weights, surviving a lifetime of severe depression and anxiety that has been exacerbated by my recent birth, surviving the many eating disorders I forced upon myself because society made me think I was unlovable and less of a human because I was obese. But what I don't understand is that we love and accept the little fat chubby baby thighs and wrinkly bodies but when it comes to ourselves it's wrong and we shouldn't look like that. We need to teach our sons and daughters that EVERY BODY is beautiful and everyone should be proud of what they accomplish with it. #redhead#bopo#bopowarrior#lifting#liftheavyshit#liftingweights#powerlifting#powerliftingmadethisbody#strongwoman#woman#liftweights#mombod#mommy#momswholift#momswithtattoos

Thank you @natacha_van for the wonderful dress for BBC children in Need London Fashion Collective LFW show!
I have a love/hate relationship with this photo, taken back in 2014. On one hand, I look badass. On the other, I was incredibly sick. I'm glad I recovered and gained a lot of healthy weight. Yes, that's the exact same COBHC shirt that I still wear now. When I see this photo and see how that shirt fits now, it reminds me how far I've come in life. #Metalhead#MixedLatina#MetalGirl#MetalChick#Redhead#COBHC#ChildrenOfBodom
