Antipasto from my "Couples Cook Italian Classics" class last night.  A great appetizer to serve with crusty bread. Recipe? Here ya go:  2 jars of marinated artichoke hearts/2 jars of roasted red peppers slices/1 quart of mixed olives from an olive bar at your local grocery store/1 package of hard salami cut into slices/ 16 oz of mozzarella cheese cut into cubes/ half bottle of your favorite Italian dressing.  Mix all together and allow to marinate for about an hour in the fridge.  Yummy!  Enjoy!  #cookingschool #recipes #antipasto #foodwithfriends #nashvilletn #easyrecipes

Querem uma opção prática e gostosa para o lanche kids? Então vamos à receita desse delicioso biscoitinho de queijo sem  glúten e lactose.

Ingredientes:

8 xícaras de chá de polvilho azedo

300 g de queijo minas padrão lacfree

1 xícara de chá de água fervente

1 xícara de chá de azeite

1 colher de sopa de sal rosa

1 ovo orgânico

1 xícara de chá de leite de arroz

Modo de Preparo:

Em uma tigela escalde o polvilho com água fervente e mexa com uma colher até esfriar. Em seguida, acrescente o azeite, o sal,  o ovo e misture bem com as mãos.

Depois adicione, aos poucos, o leite de arroz até obter uma massa mole e lisa. Acrescente o queijo minas padrão lacfree triturado. Para triturar use um multiprocessador.

Coloque a massa em um saco de confeiteiro ou use um saco plástico e faça um corte na ponta para modelar os biscoitos no tamanho e no formato desejado dentro da assadeira já untada com o óleo.

Pré aqueça o forno a 180 graus por 15 minutos. E por fim leve os biscoitos ao forno para assar por 25 minutos.

2 boiled eggs, for serving

DIRECTIONS

Top the English muffin with the mustard, avocado, and dill, dividing evenly. Serve with the eggs.

So I've made an executive decision! I'm going to go all the way back to the program that gave me these results and started it all for me for my next online, fitness accountability group! (Different group than the bridal group I posted yesterday!) In the before picture, I was feeling run down physically and emotionally, sluggish, no energy, not feeling good enough, feeling like I let all of my hard Miss USA work go to waste, feeling embarrassed and that I let myself down. I'm sure we've all been there at one point or another! But now, I have never felt better since I decided to not look back and go all in with these programs and drinking my superfoods chocolate shake every day. It's changed my life and also 285 other people's lives! So crazy to think about!

🌱📝Рецепт №2 В 0,5 литрах воды заварите зеленый чай без каких-либо добавок. Дайте настояться 5-7 минут и процедить. Добавьте 2 стручка кардамона и 40 граммов мелко нарезанного корня имбиря. Для аромата можно добавить щепотку корицы и пару зонтиков гвоздик. Доведите до кипения и продолжайте варить на очень маленьком огне еще 20 минут. Добавьте 3 чайные ложки меда, половину лимона, предварительно выжав из него сок в чай. Оставьте на огне на пять минут, затем выключите и настаивайте 20 минут. Пить можно как в горячем, так и в холодном виде. Этот чай для похудения очень ароматный и полезный. Он и выглядит замечательно – насыщенного янтарного цвета. А также способствует снижению веса
