Burgers(20 mins- makes about 5-6 serv):
1 lb grass fed ground beef @uswellnessmeats
1/4 cup gluten free panko bread crumbs @glutinofoods
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cumin @simplyorganicfoods
1/2 tsp black pepper @thrivemkt
2 minced garlic cloves
1/8 diced red onion -Sautee onions and garlic in pan with @primalkitchenfoods avocado oil until onions are translucent. -Mix ground beef, spices, egg, bread crumbs, onions and garlic by hand. Once thoroughly mixed, shape into about 5 burgers. -fry in same pan used for onions and garlic, about 4.5 mins each side.

Sammi's Chocolate 🍫 and Banana 🍌 PROTEIN 💪 Ice-Cream! Yeah baby!
All you need is:
~ x2 scoops of your favourite Chocolate flavoured protein powder (Mine is @usnuk 100% Premium Whey Precision Complete it is just 😙👌)
~ Abouuuut 3/4 of a banana's worth of frozen banana chunks
~ x3 oober generous tablespoon helpings of plain yoghurt
Aaaand blend that baby uuup, pour into a tupperware, pop in the freezer for a few hours...tick tock ⏰ tick tock ⏰ tick tock....BRRRRRRING!!

Por fin hice el famoso Volcán de Chocolate de, si aún no la siguen en Instagram se los recomiendo porque tiene muy buenas recetas y postres. Perfecto para un antojito de dulce de domingo por la tarde! Pongo que la receta es nivel 4 porque tiene ingredientes que no son tan fáciles de conseguir, o que no siempre tenemos en la casa. Sin embargo, si pueden conseguirlos, vale la pena porque queda delicioso!
Ingredientes: (1 o dos personas)
7gr. o 1/2 Cda. de Harina de Coco
14gr. o 2 Cdas. de cacao sin azúcar
10gr. de Stevia o el edulcorante que uses
7gr. o 1/2 Cda de aceite de coco
1 clara de huevo
1gr. o 1/2 cucharadita de polvo para hornear
40gr. de agua
Mezcla los ingredientes secos, luego agrega los ingredientes húmedos.
Engrasa una taza o un recipiente pequeño de vidrio y vierte la mezcla.
Al microondas por 1 min y 10 segundos.

I finally made the famous Chocolate Mug Cake from @PattyGuarin and it's amazing! I say it's a level 4 because ingredients are not the easiest to find and we usually don't have them at home. However, If you can find them, it's totally worth it.
7gr. or 1/2 Tbsp Coconut Flour
14gr. or 2 Tbsp. Unsweetened Cacao
7gr. or 1/2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
1 Egg White
1gr. or 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
Mix the dry ingredients, then add the wet ingredients.
Spray a mug with cooking oil
Add the dough to the mug
Microwave for 1 minute and 10 seconds.
I just made a tea that came out so good I had to share!
🌿2tsp linden (diaphoretic: induces sweating to eliminate toxins)
🌿2tsp oat tops (helps with overwork and fatigue/ combats effects of stress)
🌿2 cardamom pods (yes two, cleanses out urinary tract/ fights nausea)
🌿30 drops ginger tincture (fights nausea)
🌿10 drops rosewater (because why not?)
🍯and of course a bit of local honey!💕
It was a grill-everything kind of day over here in Aiya headquarters. I brushed a salmon fillet in lime and herb oil and threw it onto the grill along with some sweet corn, cherry tomatoes, a whole jalapeño pepper, and a lime. It tasted like summer and happiness. ☀️😋
