About last night. Playing with Zoodles. 👩🏻🍳The zucchini was enormous. Perfect for lasagna making (later). Maybe not so much "noodle" stir fry. Haha. Still, fun to play with! The flavor was a win. I made a veggie/ miso broth with simmered brussels sprouts & Kale. Seasoned with @braggsacvhealth amino acids, ginger, lemongrass, fresh herbs and siracha for spice 🌶 . PRO-TIP: dice, slice or zoodle how you want whatever veggies you have around and make a miso stew. It's delicious and hearty. Serve with cauliflower rice, or your favorite rice. Wanna get crazy or feeling lazy? Add the cauliflower rice or rice into the pot and create a rice stew. A little goes a long way w rice so use maybe 1/4 cup. Squeeze some lime 🍋 juice to bring out the flavor when serving. The Kale serves as protein. Need more? Good morning guys! We know getting a good breakfast can be hard so here's a great recipe that's healthy and will keep you full until lunch 😋
¼ cup chopped onions
1 tbsp coconut oil, for cooking
⅓ lb lean ground turkey
⅛ tsp chipotle chile pepper
⅛ tsp Mexican chili powder
⅛ tsp cumin
⅛-1/4 tsp sea salt (to taste)
Large handful fresh spinach, chopped
a few cherry tomatoes, quartered
Sea salt to season eggs
Half an avocado, sliced, for garnish
Tascosa or Kylitos salsa
Prior to beginning, mix together the spices and sea salt in a very small bowl.
Heat a small-medium oven proof skillet over medium heat and preheat your oven to 400 degrees
Melt the cooking oil in skillet and add the chopped onions, stir and cook until soft.
Sprinkle the ground turkey into the pan and add the spice mixture, stir to combine and brown the meat.
Once the meat is nearly browned, lower the heat and add the spinach and tomatoes, stir to combine.
Remove from heat and create spaces in the mixture to add the eggs. Carefully crack each egg into the pan one at a time, and sprinkle with sea salt.
Put the skillet in the oven and bake for 10 minutes or until the eggs are cooked to preference.
Top with sliced avocado and salsa to serve - this will serve 1-2. ENJOY!! .

1 c. Baking Soda
2 T. Dish Soap
1/4 c. Salt
2 T. Vinegar
Mix all dry ingredients, then add dish soap and stir. Add vinegar a tablesppon at a time, until it is just wet enough to hold shape. Push mixture into a small square silicone mold, let them sit two days, then unmold and store. If some fall apart crush and use as rinse agent.
Note: I add in about 5-5-10 drops of orange oil, it will cut grease and smells great.
Hearty, healthy, and chock-full of FRESH! Takes just 2 minutes to whip this little number up, always a favorite, and so full of flavor! 🧀🍅🥒
Mains: Cut 15 ripe cherry 🍅 tomatoes in half, slice half of 🥒 cucumber into small cubes, sprinkle 1/2 cup feta 🧀 cheese, and chop three large basil 🌿 leaves. Combine in salad bowl and mix.
Dressing: Combine 1/2 🍋 lemon squeezed, 1 Tbsp olive oil, salt/pepper to your liking, 1 Tbsp vinegar, and 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar/balsamic glaze. Drizzle over mains and enjoy!
