The squeeze is what matters... it seems most people think the reps are what matters... they go way too fast, fling the weight around, rock their bodies during the rep... its like they want those reps at all cost.😖
This costs so many people progress... focus on controlling the weight both up and then down, nice and slow, squeezing the target muscle... consciously thinking about the target muscle moving that weight..😑😐
This is how you change your body. Not banking reps... not trying to get through it as fast as possible because it hurts... its supposed to hurt... growth is painful... embrace the pain and you also embrace the growth.💪🏻

dinner was this very glam tupperware affair 😂👌🏻 leftover #leanin15 meatballs from last week with some penne as we're all out of spaghetti. and tbh who can be arsed eating spaghetti at the best of times, never mind out of a tupp 😂
I made the meatballs using aldi less than 5% pork mince. it was so much more flavourful than beef mince and half the price, will definitely be purchasing again ✨
No need for filters when the lighting is decent. One hour back session, keeping everything moderate weight while my lower back heals up to 100%. I feel like I'm at 90% only because I feel good when I train but still feel slight tightness when I get out of bed. As soon as I start movin around then I'm good 👌🏼. So yeah, just being smart about my training and continuing doing yoga every other day now just for 5-10 min if I'm not too lazy 🙈. -
Pleased with this three year "off season", even though I know I should have done more but that'll do, pig, that'll do. But yo tell me why my lat spread looks like a demon face and my back double bi pose forms a set of buttcheeks🍑😂. Keep the gains comin!!!! -----------------------------
