MY THOUGHTS ON TAKE AWAY FOOD!
Take away food is just so convenient and majority of the time tasty 😋 and usually not the best for you.
BUT these days we are lucky enough to have more healthy options for take away or fast food 🤗There are even ways to make take away food healthy! Take this Poke Bowl by @pokekingaus x @ubereats_aus ✌🏽 Mine is on the left! I asked for rice, no sauce, lots of veggies and avoided foods that didn't agree with me.
So here are some top tips for ordering take way food:
1. 🍉Order from a place that you can adjust the order to you. Or even pick out the ingredients.
2. 🍉Ask for no sauces or it cooked a different way eg grilled instead of fried.
3. 🍉Call up and ask how it is cooked or what they use extra. You don't want to order something that you think is fine but isn't what you expected!
