Pink Coconut Cinnamon Donuts by @healthyfrenchwife 💞
2 cups of wholewheat flour
1 cup of coconut sugar
2 tsp of baking soda
2 tsp of ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp of sea salt
1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
1 1/4 cup of almond milk
2 tbsp of melted coconut oil
2 tsp of vanilla extract
Pink Coconut Glaze:
1 can of coconut milk in the fridge
1 tbsp of maple syrup
1-2 tbsp of beetroot juice or natural pink food coloring
1 tsp of vanilla extract
Toppings: dried rose petals, shredded coconut.
1. Place a can of coconut milk in the fridge while making the donuts
2. Preheat your oven to 225 degrees Celsius
3. Mix all the the donut ingredients in a bowl;
4. In a greased donut pan, pour the batter until two-third full;
5. Bake in the oven for 15-20 min
6. Leave the donuts to cool down
7. Mix the glaze ingredients together using the solid coconut milk at the top of the can, maple syrup, vanilla and beetroot juice or food coloring a few drops at a time.

We've decided to make them extra crispy, and serve them with a side of smoked mayo for you at @VegfestUK Brighton 2017, alongside our rustic steak, red onion and farmhouse cheeze rolls, artisan mheat and cheeze sandwiches and a very special sweet treat (which involves white chocolate, among other things). Sunday Runday ✅ it's been 5 months since I went for a run and I love the @nikerunning app for pushing me to do a 5K today 😅 fun fact about me: I have never been a runner. I always despised running in any sport I did as a kid, so it has never been natural for me to just throw on some sneakers and go for a run. Since I have begun my fitness journey I have completed ✌🏼5K runs and looking to add more under my belt! New month, new goals 🏃🏼♀️
