As much as I like being on the leaner side, the reality of bulking is that there will be a small amount of fat gain
However, the muscle that I'll put on will definitely outweigh the slight increase in body fat (pun game is strooong😂). For real though haha
Things you need to know about dieting 👇🏻
1. To get in shape you don't need to starve yourself
2. You should NEVER restrict yourself from certain foods, instead restrict calorie intake
3. Diet usually means 'short term', don't think of a cutting phase as a diet. You're merely sticking to a calorie intake to lose body fat.
4. Sustainability is everything. Keep things flexible and you will see results long term.
5. You're never going to be perfect, set guidelines and goals + keep stress levels low... you WILL lose fat if you're consistent #DKFITNESS

Adding the rack pull to back day. The rack pull is basically a dead lift with shorter range of motion. It works the whole back, the posterior chain( hamstrings & glutes) as well as forearms. 6x8 reps , 4 reps on heaviest set with a supine grip lat pull down finisher 20.15.10 x3 🏋🏼♀️
Press work on Sundays! There used to be a time where most Sundays I would be going to bed when the sun comes up or continue on no sleep. I would not see any daylight, the gym was definitely not in my vocabulary and I thought this was the norm or the good life. It's nice to reflect back on moments like these. If you have an issue with your knees caving in, try this trick! Wrap a band just above your knees and as you squat down, push those knees out! The band will make you more conscious of your form, and promote a better movement pattern. Within a few workouts you should see and feel a noticeable difference! Once those knees stop caving with the band, try without it again. As you can see, for guys like @stefano_gri all it takes is squats and deadlifts to build powerful glutes!
