1 colher (sopa) de farelo de aveia
1 colher (sopa) de flocos de aveia
1 xícara (chá) de bebida vegetal de amêndoa
1 colher (sopa) de xilitol ou açúcar mascavo ou de coco - opcional
1 banana picada
Mirtilos para decorar
1 colher (sobremesa) de chia para decorar
Modo de preparo: em uma panela, aqueça a bebida vegetal, coloque o farelo de aveia e a farinha e mexa até engrossar. Coloque o xilitol e mexa novamente. Pique a banana por cima, coloque a chia e os mirtilos.

This brings me back to the beginning of my pregnancy
I wasn't able to hold down much of anything back then but for some reason I craved McDonald's fruit and nut oatmeal. I hated to get in the car, drive 10+ minutes, wait in the drive-thru lane and pay $3 for something I could throw together at home.
So... I did!
Rolled oats cooked in water and 1tsp of cinnamon. I add 1/2 tbs of Organic Agave for a little sweetness once I had my oats (1/2 cup cooked) to the bowl. Topped it off with chopped up apple (Braeburn), walnuts, raw pumpkin seeds, coconut flakes, dried cranberries, chia seeds (1/2 tsp) and a drizzle of raw organic honey.

I prefer start the week with a lot of goodness 😍 Fluffy protein oatmeal pancakes 😋 I use aquafaba so that the pancakes are more fluffy 😁
Top my pancakes with pecan nuts, bluebs, coconut milk and maple syrup 😌
Recipe is easy, only add six tablespoons of beaten aquafaba to your favorite recipe of oatmeal pancakes
My recipe is: 3 cups Gf oat flour, 2 scoops plantbased protein powder, 1/2 cup coconut sugar, 1 1/2 cups coconut milk, 1 mashed banana, 2 Tbsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 flax eggs. First mix the dry ingredients and then add the humid, mix well.
Beat the aquafaba (6 tbsp) until it is a foam, which is not part liquid, add to the rest of the mixture, without beating, mixing gently.
Cook on both sides in a frying pan with a little coconut oil.

My oat bowls are back 🙌🏼😍 Not gonna lie, my food habits for the past month have not been ideal... I'm talking sourdough bread with peanut butter or store bought soup basically errrrryday 😅 But your girl can no longer buy a new jar of pb every few days 😬 So its back to putting effort into my health and spending time making myself a nourishing meal 🙏🏼 And what's even more exciting is the fact that my renovations at home are nearly done and I'm so so close to having a proper kitchen 🙌🏼 Y'all better prepare for all the goodness I'll be creating 🙈
