I Know Me
• Just as I have never feared my words, I no longer fear my strength. Just as I have never doubted my sagacity, I no longer question my character. For not only did my inner power helped me through predicaments where endurance and patience are required, but it also taught me more about who I am and what I am able to do. I know myself too well now, and tolerate slight assumptions no longer.
There are tales that are yet to be told. Tales of days where one would usually dwindle in fear and weakness. Days where my true strength has served me more than I expected. Days where I learned that I am to become someone I never imagined I would turn into.
Someone strong enough to fight before flight. Someone who means the words he casts. Someone worthy of my own trust and complete reliance.
I only lean on myself now, because I know I endure. I know stand strong. I know I can. I know me.
