Soo good humpday friends👋🏽, I totally went into study📚📒📙📝 overdrive since last Friday, upcoming assignments required an extra level up ⬆️on my #nursegrind practices. So now it's Wednesday and I'm exhausted😴😴 but still the level up is still required. Anyone have any good habits/traditions when extra, extra energy, motivation and determination is the only option? Please share in desperate need of new ideas #nursingstudent#studystudystudy#studying#nurseintraining
The things that bother us most are usually a good indicator of what we are not giving enough of ourselves.... So take a minute and think about those things that drive you bonkers, then take a hard look in the mirror…
What do you need to work on?!?! I need to be more patient!!!!
Well... these last 5 weeks have really been a test of my faith and mental strength. I've had a few moments of weakness where I let stress and worrying get the best of me. I've done things out of anger that I'm not proud of, I've wanted to give up numerous times because I couldn't get my grades to reflect the work I was putting in and everything else just seemed to be going down the drain. But I kept my faith, kept praying, and kept smiling. Today, 33 chapters and 4 weeks later, I prevailed. I got a 92 on my cumulative final (highest test grade I got all class 😳) and passed Pharmacology 🙌🏾. I didn't get my A BUT this B still has me feeling "like I'm sittin on top of the world" 😃I don't wish a 5 week Pharmacology course on anyone 🙅🏾#FuturePMHNP#nursingstudent#ReadyForPharm2 😆 #tooblessedtobestressed#GodIsGood 🙏🏾🙌🏾 #StillOnDeansList 👩🏾⚕️
Karwah beat Ebola and returned to the MSF centre in which she was treated to help care for others. Her determination to help her fellow Liberians placed her among the Ebola fighters who were named TIME Magazine’s People of the Year in 2014. Tragically, she died from childbirth complications on 21 February. We wish to extend our deepest sympathies to her husband and four children. Today I conquered a fear 😨😍 (public speaking) I got up to talk in front of my whole entire class (90 students) about my understanding of a stage of cognitive development. I may have been shaking the whole time, I may have sounded like I was about to cry the whole time but I did it and they understood what big was trying to say 😂 #winning#slowlylearning#nursingstudent#piaget#publicspeaking#nursingschool#brave
Today is a very tough day for me.... both physically and mentally!!! One clinical shift of the day down....one more to go....not to mention so many chapters to read before tomorrow's lecture. I know all of this hard work and sacrifice will mold me into the great nurse that not only myself....but all of my nursing classmates/family are all aspiring to become....and we don't mind putting in the work! #bloodsweatandtears#sccnursing2018#nursingstudent#medsurg#secondsemester#nursingschool#RNlife
