Saturday, March 25 2017, Houston City Hall:
March 25 was supposed to be the day for Trump supporters all over the country to "show their solidarity with the president" in nationwide "Make America Great Again" rallies. A motley crew of a few dozen Trump supporters who turned out for the Houston event was confronted and outnumbered by individuals and organizations who called out the Trump/Pence regime as racists and fascists. Counter-protestors chanted, "No Wall, No Fence, F**k Trump, F**k Pence" and "No Trump, No KKK, No Fascist USA". "NO!" signs in several languages contrasted starkly with the tired old, robotic cries of "USA, USA!" Later, a Town Hall called by Republican Congressman and Trump champion, John Culberson became the scene of upwards of 700 angry citizens raising a ruckus inside the building, while more outside chanted and held signs denouncing The Trump regime. #houston#texas#nofascistusa#theresistance
99% of people don't even know what emo or post-hardcore really are (Small Brown Bike? TexasIs the Reason? Cap'n Jazz? Sense Field?), but I approve of this acoustic Indie Pop song. #NotMyPresident#Resist
Sometimes Facebook really pisses me off, but at the end of the day, FB is run by fairly decent people, who create these little features. Yes, I love PBS, and Donald Trump will never be my president.
