Here's a variation of curtsey lunges that I incorporated the other night (the two vids are just different angles of the same exercise)! Instead of bringing my stabilizing leg all the way through (like I would on the smith machine), I maintained all my weight on my front foot and focused on my outer glutes. I honestly really fuxed wit dis, so give it a try on ur next leg day😊
