I just finished training my PM clients but sometimes you just start talking life especially when you have long term clients. Time gets away. I'm exhausted lol. I'm hungry. But I'm over my calorie limit. But I popped my Catalyst BCAAs, charged my heart rate monitor and now it's time to rock my evening with this here cardio😐. I look forward to my tilapia and spinach after all this cardio lol!
