Gonna get some rest so I can wake up and crush the Murph challenge tomorrow morning in honor of all our brothers and sisters that have paid the ultimate sacrifice to give us the freedom we have today.
The workout consists of: 1 mile run, 100 pull ups, 200 push-ups, and 300 air squats, followed by another 1 mile run. 💪🏻

Few clips of leg day. Most importantly deadlifted 335 x6 for 4 sets. They felt great, so I figured I'd try 405.
First time getting 405 being the 3rd exercise on #legday . I used to do them first thing on back day. I'm taking that as a small victory!
