Chocolate Shakeology + Yoga Fix tonight. Finished 21 Day Fix today! This challenge group has be AMAZING, and I am so thankful for the amazing coaches and woman who it was made up of. We aren't done yet, and I'm ready to rock this last week. Can't wait to start another program and continue this journey. P. S. I would love any recommendations for what program to start next. I purchased the all access pass so I have all of beachbody on demand. I would consider myself still in the beginner stage. I don't love Cardio, but I do love weighted workouts and arm day is my fav! I'm fully aware that "perfect" is such a dangerous concept, but when it's only for one week, I think it's ok. To me, perfect week means: ▫️no dairy πŸ₯› ▫️ no processed sugar ▫️4 resistance workouts πŸ‹πŸ»β€β™€οΈ ▫️ 2 runs (one long, one interval) πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ ▫️ 2 yoga sessions (minimum 60 mins) πŸ“Ώ ▫️ Gallon of water πŸ’¦

This mornings protein smoothie to fuel me after kicking butt at week 1 legs again! I have increased my weights this round and looking forward to getting stronger. Ingredients for this smoothie: 1 frozen banana, 1/2 tbsp cacao, 1 cup almond milk, 2 tbsp rolled oats, 1 scoop vanilla protein of choice, 1 tsp peanut butter, 1 tsp chia seeds. Blend together and enjoy! I like to sprinkle with cacao nibs for that extra chocolate flavor. Did you also know cacao is high in magnesium which is great for muscle recovery. Hope everyone enjoys their Monday! #nevermissamonday
