What I love most about my customers is the journeys they are on, the incredible humans they already are and the fact that they are open to removing any emotional blocks which then make them even more incredible....and I love how they share. Thanks so much to Jade for this recent e-mail x (sharing with permission) .
I just want to say thank you and tell you how much of a difference the blends are making for me already. I've struggled with PTSD and anxiety for years and I'm currently studying for my Masters in Human Nutrition, which is a massive step for me. I've been using Focus, Help, Slow Down and Self Love and they have all been great.
Self love blend has helped me realise that I am 'smart enough' to be doing this.... and I'm no different to anyone else, which has been invaluable right now.
Thanks so much

A few days ago a friend of mine asked what conditions Naturopathy could help her with.
Excited by this opportunity to explain my love of all things natural medicine I thought it would also be a great idea to let you all know how Naturopathy can possibly help you too. So all this week I'll be highlighting different areas and how Naturopathy can help.
Kicking off the week is a special interest area of mine - skin conditions. Eczema, psoriasis and acne along with other chronic skin conditions can seem stressful to manage with many trying out lots of different topical applications seeing little results.
The skin is one of the body's key organs of elimination so we often need look further inside the body to help manage these conditions.
They can often be managed by promoting healthy elimination of toxins from all organs of the body as well as clearing excess hormones, reducing inflammation, promoting a healthy immune system response and increasing vital nutrients for skin health while reducing dietary triggers. A Naturopath will discuss your skin conditions with you in depth and work with you to uncover and reduce the specific drivers behind your skin complaint after all medicine shouldn't be a one-size fits all approach it should be tailor made to help you specifically. If you want help to manage your skin condition make an appointment today by following the details in the bio. .
Oh SniffleEase. You seriously made all the kiddos stop coughing (AND it's nighttime..everyone's favorite time to start hacking). I don't even know what I would have done without these oils. We had 3 out of 4 coughing...mild enough not to warrant cough medicine, but often enough to drive you crazy. I put a dab on their chests and filled the diffusers and...crickets. YEAAHH!!! It's gonna be a restful night for us and now let's pray they all sleep through the whole night. 😴😴 #thankfulforoils#toddlerweekend
Not being able to control thoughts is the worst. I fight everyday, though. Fight to overcome anxiety. Fight to overcome panic attacks.
I am always looking for non-pharmaceutical ways to manage this awful disease. Aromatherapy is my latest experiment. I smelled lavender oil on my ride home and it seemed to work. Just set up the machine. 👌🏻To all those dealing with ANY mental illness, please never give up. This world needs you!
When your customers share their magic magnesium body cream with their friends and then share their response with me!! I love it! Magnesium will get you back to feeling good again😀😀www.kissmybath.com💋 Magnesium & Herbal Infused Products

Sunny Sunday breakfast 🌞 Finally the sun shows itself here in Sydney after a few weeks of rain. I have so many assessments to work on so all I had time to make was Mayver's nut butter on GF toast w/ bananas, cinnamon and more fruit 🍓. Happy Sunday everyone 🤗
