I am certified in Ashtanga, which is an amazing yoga practice that helps me create unique sequences for my Vinyasa classes. I teach a Mandala (a circle around the mat) during my classes, which means you can expect to face every which direction in the room as you flow. I love to give opportunities to grow in your physical practice and also your mental practice. Each of my classes has a theme or a thought that I present at the beginning of class that I hope can translate off the mat as well. I especially enjoy getting to meet the yogis in my classes and learn more about them and their journey through yoga. I would love to see YOU on the mat! Yes 🙌🏼🦄🌈 2 months ago I tried yoga just to stretch and warm my body before my 5am gym work out, and now I am practicing daily in the morning sunshine on the beach and straight before bed and my body has changed! I highly recommend it! just 15 minutes is all you need; focus on your breath, getting the oxygen and blood flowing into the fibers of your muscles and feel the sexual energy surge- you'll be glowing in no time ✨ #yoga#namaste#kundalini#woke#prana#lifeforce

Depois, confie nos demais, e se entregue de coração. Se o outro por acaso não tiver a força ou a conexão necessária pra criar uma estrutura com você, sempre será possível caminhar novamente com seus próprios pés, sem culpar ninguém por algum machucado. 😉
