Apparently it's common in a lot of people for muscles to fire 🔥 asymmetrically. •
In my case, it's my hamstrings. I started incorporating some single leg RDLs to help balance the activation in both hamstrings. •
My balance isn't the best so by lightly holding onto something solid, I can focus on my technique rather than my balance. •
Incorporating unilateral exercises into your training can definitely assistant with imbalances. 👌 • ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ #humpday#bodybuilding#glutes#fit#fitness#fitnessaddict#muscles#strong#train#balance
To get anyway in anything, there must be an element not only of hard work but also of perseverance and patience.
Hard Work because putting in the hours of work will always get you closer to where you want to go. It creates action and momentum.
Perseverance is the hard work you do after getting tired of the hard work that you just done.
And then there is
Patience simply put is not the ability to wait but how we act when we are waiting.
These are all skills which can all be learned however you need each of these to learn and develop the others.
The most important of these in my opinion, is patience.
This skill allows you to be mindful and make clearer decisions in tough situations.
Without patience I doubt I would be where I am... Of this I am certain
Lift long and prosper humans ✌
