Throughout my second and third trimester I have incorporated Autumn's active maternity workouts into my routine. I love feeling strong and I feel like I'm able to tone despite my pregnancy. True to her 21 day fix style they are challenging but effective and fun.
It can be a struggle during pregnancy to love my body. I'm thankful to my body and I think it's amazing for carrying my babies but loving the way it looks isn't easy. Being able to boost my mood and endorphins through a workout plan is what keeps me remembering to love and be thankful to this body of mine, even through the changes. 🤰🏼💕
why in the heck does it feel like the last part of pregnancy last an eternity.
1st trimester... throwing up all day made the time go by fast.⠀
2nd trimester... felt good, had a pep in my step!⠀
3rd trimester... just feels like the slowest day at work and the time could literally have stopped!

Tonight our sweet girl graduated from "Jr. K" and off to kindergarten in the fall! I've been a preschool teacher for 20yrs (YES 20+) and my babies are now in COLLEGE! Now my first baby is headed to elementary. Time goes by SO fast. I need to remind myself to stop and enjoy every moment. You blink and it's gone. I'm so proud of my beautiful girl whose beauty shines inside and out! She has the biggest caring heart and will make our world a more loving place ❤ Congrats Buggy!
It's been a pretty rough couple months with this little man. I am doing everything in my power to help him and get him through whatever he's going through. I will never give up on him and will always love him no matter what, my children are my world and I'll do anything and everything I can to protect and help them. ❤️

For the last 5 years I've stood on this scale to read my body composition... -- Initially it started with needing to increase my lean muscle mass by 18lbs... Yup -- 18! #skinnyfatgirl My body fat percentage was in the risky category. 😕 -- At first I did nothing. #cool Then I dabbled in shit that didn't make a difference. #lame -- THEN I found something with a plan... Food & workouts combine... That offer... RESULTS! -- Today, when I jumped on that scale it said 11.5 increase in muscle mass needed... May still seem like a lot but that's the lowest it's been since the first time I stepped on that scale. So I'm celebrating... With a little red lipstick!
Mikki's newest trick? Dropping everything out of her crib. No big deal, lol.. until it is a big deal 🤦🏼♀️ Like when she drops all of her soothers (yes, she has 3 in her crib 🙈) out of the crib during naps and at bedtime, and then fusses until I put them back in and she eventually falls asleep. Any mama's been there? I'm hoping this is just a phase? 😬 #momlife
