I focused on my legs ... and hell i did it right! Its an enormous difference and im really proud!

I fell off the wagon for a week, I got really sick and then I kind of just didn't work out. I finally hopped back on track and have been working out all week, and I remember why I love it so much. Had a good session at the gym last night, focusing on light hip and leg work. No pain, got a pump, felt energized, that seems encouraging. My glutes are the smallest they've been in months, certainly weaker, but I've lost more inches from my stomach, so my waist to hip ratio is higher than it's ever been. Since I'm not competing this year, the beach was my "show" that I wanted to be my best for. Considering all the injuries and rough crap I've went through this year that's held me back, anndddd considering that I've done zero cardio for fat burning, I'm proud of what I'll be taking. =) Maybe this time next year I'll compete...maybe. I love my fitness routine as is, do I wanna do something different? I guess time will tell!
