Decided to see if I could complete "The Murph" today to see if I should join a friend @1031fitness Monday for the actually memorial day version. My time was 43 minutes flat. Hopefully a decent time with the noted below pull up assists.
Set setup was:
Start mile 8 min.
30 Air squats
10 wide pushups
10 pullups (30 total real pullups with verying styles, 70 kipping or bungie rope assist.
10 military pushups.
End mile 8 min 45 second.
It was so weird benching out of this rack 😳 instead of where I usually bench so it threw me off but I got 235x5 paused as usual for this week. 205 3x6 was next. Pretty easy day. I'm starting to get a little beat up from the frequency but I think the worst is over and I'll be good after this week. I only have 2 more sets of 235 the rest of the week, 3 of incline dumbbell press, and 3 sets of close grip press. 👍Hit a new low of 193lbs even after I ate some Taco Bell last night. It fit my Marcos bro! 🙄
