From the lush and verdant farms of Kerala, India to the turquoise limestone shores of the Bahamas, you can now purchase our signature India Monsooned Malabar Dark Roast Cofee Beans!
This unique single-origin, specialty grade dark roast is exposed to India's monsoon rains and winds for a period of about three to four months, causing the beans to swell and lose its original acidity. The result is a flavor profile with practically neutral pH balance, featuring a chocolatey aroma and notes of spice and nuts. This bean is unique to the Malabar Coast of Karnataka and Kerala.
The coast of Namibia is known as the skeleton coast or the Land God made in anger. Famous for its dense fog and heavy surf, once a ship is beached it's impossible for it to be launched out to sea again. The coast is filled with shipwrecks, whale bones and the bones of sailors who never made it out of the dunes 🌊🚢 definitely best seen the air 🛩
