Pãozinho de Batata doce
500 g de batata doce cozida bem molinha (pode ser qualquer tubérculo)
250 g de polvilho doce
250 g de polvilho azedo
150 ml de óleo ou azeite
80 ml de água
2 col chá de sal
Chia a gosto
*não vai fermento, o polvilho azedo que ajuda a fermentar a massa.
Amasse bem a batata já cozida e acrescente os líquidos. Adicione os polvilhos aos poucos com as mãos até a massa desgrudar totalmente da tigela ou bancada, às vezes não é preciso usar todo o polvilho da receita. Unte as mãos com óleo ou azeite para modelar ar bolinhas e dar mais umidade para a massa.
Forno preaquecido a 220 graus.
Não precisa untar a fôrma.
Assar por 30 minutos.
Para congelar, leve a fôrma com as bolinhas cruas para o congelador por 4 horas. Depois embale em um saquinho para congelamento. Pode ser congelado por até 3 meses.
Rende 40 pãezinhos.
So here's a little unknown interesting fact that you guys don't know about me that I thought I'd share. Three years ago, just before I started personal training me and my friend @iamtomnorman wrote a travel book called "How To Travel The Land For Less Than A Grand". We wanted to show people how cheap travel can be and so we set off in different directions around Europe to see how long we could last on just £1,000. Including all expenses, i managed to last 8 weeks, visiting 8 different countries, 13 different cities, went skiing and spent just £977. .
It was an incredible journey and we went on to sell a few hundred books telling our story and showing other people how they can do the same. .
Tom fell in love with Slovenia on his journey and has lived there ever since and it was when I decided I wanted to follow my passion for health and fitness. .
Two months after launching the book I started this Instagram page 😊
Hyped up and totally stoked and BEYOND SWEATY. ~
I've been in a place where I got comfortable with my little walks with a jog here or there, and my two or three strength workouts a week. But today something said "PUSH!!" ~
It was a slow jog but a pretty consistent jog nonetheless and I finished my 5 full miles with my fastest pace EVER. Just this morning I didn't think I'd be able to do it. ~
You must believe in yourself. You must realize that there are so many of us that were undisciplined, donut scarfing couch potatoes. I was sedentary for years and please - I fell off the wagon last week and had burritos and donuts almost every day. (And you know how I feel about my Starbucks.)
But guess what - it IS doable. It IS. I'm proof. But I HAD TO DROP the all-or-nothing mentality; I had to find things I liked to eat and workouts I enjoyed (can't go wrong with Beachbody); I had to be patient and focus on non-scale victories; and I had to learn to LOVE and RESPECT my body. ~

Detox 🍃 Smoothie Bowl 🙌
🍃 2 plátanos congelados
🍃 2 hojas de acelga, espinaca o kale
🍃 1/2 taza de leche de coco o de almendras
🍃 1 cucharada de azúcar mascabado o un sobrecito de stevia
🍃 1 cucharadita de espirulina de @superfoods2go
Todo lo agregas a la licuadora y mezcla a máxima potencia para que todo se incorpore bien 👌 Sirvelo en un tazón/bowl y aquí viene la parte más divertida ¡Agregar los toppings! 😃 Yo puse un poco de amaranto, bayas de goji @superfoods2go, chía y un poco de coco rallado. Tú puedes agregar lo que más te guste. Eso es lo qué me gusta de los smoothie bowl además de ser super rícos qué puedes hacer muchas combinaciones con diferentes alimentos 👍
Currently guzzling water and regretting my meal choice for dinner this evening.
This month I am super proud that I have only binged about 4 times and they were half the size of what I used to do!
It is really is true that what you eat, affects how you feel.
Despite feeling bloated and horrible I'm actually really happy too because my mind is finally starting to reject unhealthy behaviours more and more each day. This is a huge deal for me because I have a lot of emotional attachments to food that I thought I would never overcome.
Tonight has actually confirmed what I want my goals to be for the month of April. My goals are:
👊 10k steps daily
👊 4.5 miles daily
👊 1 hour of activity daily
👊3 healthy meals daily 👊4 litres of water daily
👊NO skipping meals
This is going to be a super tough month for me but with support and pure determination I know I can smash my goals.
So can you! Never give up on your dreams, you can make them come true! Just keeping stepping it up one day at a time. 💗👊💗

Spicy Grilled Salmon & Corn Salad
Serves 2 - 3 people
500 gms - Salmon fillets with skin
5 garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
2 tablespoon - Sriracha sauce
1 inch ginger finely chopped
2 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon soya sauce
2 table spoon apple cider vinegar
Juice of 1 lime
1/2 teaspoon honey
Fresh cilantro chopped
Pinch of rock salt.
Preparation - Marinade
Take a bowl and add olive oil, ginger, garlic, apple cider vinegar, soya sauce, lime juice, cilantro, honey and salt - mix it we to a perfect marinade keep aside, take a zippy bag put in the salmon, add the marinade close the zippy and marinade the salmon well and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Set up your griller and grill the salmon for 5 to 7 minutes max skin side up to a perfect grilled salmon tan then flip it once to check the salmon has been cooked and serve it hot with some refrigerated corn salad.
1 cup boiled sweet corn or organic corn from the can.
1 medium sliced onion
1 medium chopped tomato
1/2 lemon juice
Salt and Pepper for taste

My first few days on placement went so well 🏥 I'm already heartbroken at the thoughts of having to leave in 6 weeks 💔 3 12 hour shifts in a row and no training (but plenty of cardio 🙈) means that I'll be training every day for the next 4 days and taking 3 days off 👊🏼 Always working to make my training fit me and my lifestyle..
