Yo no añado grasas después de entrenar, solo hidratos 🍚🍟🍌🍉 y proteína 🍗, para no retrasar la absorción de nutrientes (las grasas se absorben con mayor lentitud). Siempre lo he hecho así y me va bien.  Lo mismo a otra persona le va bien añadir algo de grasa, es cuestión de provar y ver que nos sienta mejor a cada uno! 💪😉.
Eso sí, en el resto de comidas NUNCA falta mi porción de grasas saludables!

Je me suis enfin  fixé un objectif côté muscu ... moi qui ne pousse pas lourd, je dois pousser les 100kg d'ici la fin d'année sur 4 séries de 8... dire que je poussais avec du mal les 4 séries de 8 à 70kg il y a un mois il y a du boulot ... le tout pour un poids de corps à 70kg ... 5 de moins que maintenant ! Now you all know I hate a pointless motivational quote, but stay with me on this!! Are you putting off joining a gym?

Are you reading up on every diet under the sun, rather than choosing one and getting started?

Are you reading all my posts but not implementing anything?

Does the end goal seem too intimidating or far away?

Are you scared of failing?

Are you scared of starting?

We all have these fears in life.

Diets, jobs, moving house/country, relationships, tax returns!! Crippled by everything so much that you never actually take the plunge and get started.

Put me in a room full of people and I can quite happily curl up in a ball and not speak to anyone.

There are certain things relating to my business that I put to one side because I have no idea where to start or what it may involve.

Scared to put myself out there for fear of criticism or just having the piss taken out of me!! Where does this get any of us? NOWHERE!

6-12 months down the line with the same fears, but now a boatload of regret as well!

It's something I continue to work on.

More videos, despite having a massive head and a lisp!

More packages and programmes to hopefully help more people and break down more barriers.. All I ask is that you do the same.

Join that gym

Attend that class you've been watching from afar.

Start that diet (even if it's a shit one!) Buy those gym trainers.

Buy those gym clothes.

Put yourself out there and be willing to fail.

We will always go backwards in our lives, but as long as we continue to push forwards, we will be in a much better position when we look back years down the line.

I like to do single sided movements for back to allow for my weaker side to strengthen. Most whole back movements normally end up with me pulling with my stronger side more causing uneven muscle development. Not that my muscles are even that developed yet.... haha

I am on cloud nine. I just did 2 sets of 80kg/175lb deadlifts. For those of you not in my immediate circle I am only 5'3" and weigh 55kg/120lb. Right now I feel so empowered because I am now lifting in the same weight range as those people that inspire me to be fit. People I never dreamed I would come close to in an arena. 👊💪❤🙃
