How much a PT charges should reflect a number of factors, such as:
- Experience in the industry.
- Money spent on qualifications and development of knowledge.
- Past results and successes.
- Areas of expertise.
-Location of business.
Alot of PT's who are new to the industry charge a high going rate without the results or experience to back it up.
In this day and age that leads to people looking up why the price is justifiable and finding little or nothing in the form of the above.
When a PT is new to the industry a client base should be built from a mix of clients who will pay £20-25 per hour and voluntary work for experience in working with people.
Get the experience, get the results, most importantly....Get the knowledge before you charge the top rate.
If you charge that now as a new PT then people will look at your (more experienced) competition and go with them as they have the above qualities to back up their price.
Don't go with the going rate, go with your rate!
Discipline is the bridge between goals and accomplishment. First step is knowing your goals. Second step is being disciplined enough to not give it up until the goal is accomplished.

Why I ever leave it so long between runs I never know.
Although I love being in the gym and throwing tin about along with short sharp high intensity workouts, I absolutely love running.
I went out this morning for a 5 miler and had no idea or set route where I was heading but just explored the woods in Clevedon and stumbled on some awesome views.

- Of all the amazing individuals I had the pleasure of catching up with at the @arnoldclassicau there were a select few conversations that really resonated with me. My conversation with @nickcheadlfitness was certainly one of them.
✔️Originally I wasn't going to share this, but if there's even one person out there that's going to benefit from it, then it's worth my while.
☑️It ain't about the size of your audience, it's the message you're preaching. The number of followers you have at the top of your screen has no reflection on you, your work ethic or what you stand for. Sometimes, people go viral for whatever reason and that's fine (stop making stupid people famous!), but that doesn't mean you should ever stop doing your thing.
☑️Your influence is dictated by those who are listening. They're the ones seeking your advice and approval. They're the ones buying apparel or products, they're the ones using your code to support you. Heck, they're even the ones who stop and talk to you at expos and tag you in their progress shots so you can keep up with them!
☑️While we'd be foolish to deny that more followers leads to more exposure, opportunities, sponsorships and unfortunately, validity, this isn't to say that you're ultimately defined by a number at the top of the screen.
✔️I've literally had the privilege of watching Nick grow over the years, but one thing is for certain, he's always stuck to his guns. And that's the very reason why he has my respect and should have yours.

Mas mesmo assim fui bem na massiota para não quebrar e concluir com total sucesso!
