I'm continuing my fat loss phase for another 3-4 weeks. My cardio is at 40 minutes 7 days per week. 40 minutes of cardio at 3.5 speed, 5.0 incline on the treadmill fasted 5x per week AND 40 minutes on the stair master post-workout on leg days at level 6 speed 2x per week.
The main reason why i do 2 stair master sessions post-workout on leg days is so that i'm not depleting my legs in the morning before i train legs.👍🏼

My names is Yasmin & I spent most of my adult years in the corporate world before resigning last year to pursue my passion for kinesiology (what's kinesiology? That's a whole other post). 1️⃣ I used to live in Dubai for 3years and was a flight attended for Emirates and loved everything about it.
2️⃣I'm a recovering perfectionist 👆🏽Yep, I only discovered that recently but I've learnt to let that go
3️⃣I can't set my alarm clock on the half hour or hour. For example it has to be 6.32am or 6.57am. Weird I know... So what's your story? What's are 3 fun or interesting facts about you?
